At Sun BPO Solutions, we cater to both digital marketing and back-office process outsourcing (BPO) needs. Our refund policy reflects industry standards for these distinct service categories:
Due to the upfront work involved in campaign setup, strategy, and the ongoing nature of digital marketing, we generally do not offer full refunds for services rendered.
However, we may consider a partial refund on a case-by-case basis for the following reasons:
- Project Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you cancel your project before any work has begun on your campaign, we may offer a full refund minus any processing fees.
- Proven Failure to Deliver: In the rare instance where we demonstrably fail to deliver the core elements of the agreed-upon campaign strategy within a reasonable timeframe, we may offer a partial refund based on the undelivered services.
Non-Refundable Services for Digital Marketing:
- Services rendered, including campaign setup, strategy development, and ongoing campaign management activities.
- Third-party advertising spend (e.g., Google Ads, social media advertising).
- Results-based services where performance is dependent on external factors beyond our control (e.g., website conversion rates, organic search ranking improvements).
BPO Services:
For BPO services, our refund policy depends on the type of service:
- Per-Hour Billing: You’ll be eligible for a full refund for any unused hours within 7 days of the service being initiated.
- Project-Based Pricing: If you request a project cancellation and we haven’t begun work, you’ll receive a full refund within 7 days.
- Ongoing Services (SLAs): Refunds are generally not applicable for ongoing BPO services with SLAs. However, we may be willing to negotiate adjustments to your SLA terms in case of extenuating circumstances.
Non-Refundable Services for BPO:
- Services rendered beyond the initial 7 days (per-hour billing or project-based pricing).
- Completed work on ongoing BPO services.
Dispute Resolution:
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under this policy, please contact us within 7 days of the service initiation (digital marketing and BPO per-hour/project billing) to initiate the dispute resolution process. We will work with you to understand your concerns and reach a fair resolution.
Transparency is Key:
Our goal is to build long-term client relationships. We will provide a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, fees, timelines, and specific refund terms applicable to your chosen service (digital marketing vs. BPO) before you engage our services. There are no hidden fees, and you’ll be kept informed of progress throughout the engagement.
